The most important ingredient in our happiness is love; it is the essence of all virtues and there are different levels of love. I think the first kind of love is love for yourself because if you don’t have love for yourself, you cannot love others. The second kind of love could be love for others. When you develop this kind of love this love reflects in you and you become a compassionate human being. Raul G.
